The farm that installed different alternative energy systems worked with a group called Farm Energy Working Group at Practical Farmers of Iowa.  The PFI helps farmers by analyzing three steps: how to measure and reduce current usage, looks at equipment to purchase already designed, and to look at what could be custom designed.
